We came here on a Sunday brunch. Our dining experienced here was so much fun! We enjoyed the delicious food (The Brasserie French Toast is the bomb!, Steak and Eggs (mouth watering), the quiche for the day was savory that satisfied our palate and tastebuds! Good service! Our waiter Seth was very observant, they gave me another glass of hot chocolate as if they read my mind. Sent me a steak knife right away when they noticed I don't have one. Those small things that made our experienced here extra special. The Jazz Live Band playing was very good. It gave a classy vibes in the place. This particular band only plays every Sunday, so we will see them again. We really like them. (Ive heard There's also other bands that play during the week). We will definitely coming back here as we love the food, the service and totally like the classy vibes in this cozy, stylist, restaurant.

Great upscale diner within the Waldorf Astoria, you enter from the street from a dedicated elevator or from within the hotel itself. We ordered a few things to split and it was the perfect amount of food. We loved the French Onion Soup (5/5) but pricey, and split the Cesar salad which was amazing (5/5), then also split a mushroom pizza (5/5), and the Calamari (4/5). They also have a nice selection of wine and a small cocktail menu. Nice hidden gem to check out in river north.

Spot. I have dined here 8-10 times for breakfast. The cinnamon roll on the weekend is crazy good! And the breakfast sandwich is world class! French toast unreal!

A lovely experience. I enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant, from beginning to end. Our waiter was attentive and helpful with suggestions. Our drinks were very good. We ordered shrimp cocktail, shrimp polenta, and a mushroom side. All very delicious! Dessert was beautifully decadent. And scenery at the Waldorf was an included bonus!

Beyond superb Breakfast! The Brasserie is a special treat! What a delicious and incredibly presented breakfast! We enjoyed their waffles and omelette. Their fresh squeezed orange juice was to die for!!!! Service as coerced was top tier! Take a moment to come in and enjoy a meal here, the eclectic environment paired with the menu is an excellent addition to your Chicago trip.

Excellent breakfast sandwich. I hear there’s better monkey bread out there but it was still good. Coffee’s not bad.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been in Chicago. Me and my mother-in-law stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago so we try here to spend our f&b credits. This place went way above my expectation. The waiting area was beautiful photo spot. Foods were delicious. Dessert was a little bit underwhelmed for the price. Most of all, the service from waiter was excellent. I had to ask a manager and gave her complement for the waiter. He constantly was filling up our water cups and check us frequently. I was very surprised that he did such an excellent job at busy Mother's day weekend. I will definitely will go back to this restaurant again. Highly recommend!

Ate there for five days only one dish that I thought was just average (breakfast sandwich), rest were excellent. Last day I had the restaurant week lunch (French onion soup, Chicken Sandwich, chocolate cake) which was very generous portion and very tasty. Lobster toast was over the top, one of my favorite this week however might be heavy for some. Crab Benedict was on lighter as it was filled with asparagus alongside crabs and two eggs.
